libnetclasses-dev software package provides Objective-C framework for socket programming with GNUstep (devel), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libnetclasses-dev
libnetclasses-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libnetclasses-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libnetclasses-dev *
You will get with libnetclasses-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
